  • Implements effective recruitment systems.

  • Evaluates performance and creates action plans for improvement.

3. Operational Management

  • Ensures full legal and compliance accuracy (contracts, documentation, transactions).

  • Supervises Dotloop, MLS, and state-regulated processes.

  • Monitors team operations and performance metrics.

4. Production & Executive Coaching

  • Maintains a strong level of personal production.

  • Coaches, leaders, and mentors are elevating overall quality.

  • Conducts strategic 1:1 coaching with key individuals in the organization.

5. Culture, Brand & MH Representation

  • Protects and strengthens the MH culture in their region.

  • Leads corporate events, workshops, and training sessions.

  • Represents the brand at conferences, real estate events, and professional networks.

6. Business Development & Partnerships

  • Builds key relationships with developers, lenders, and title companies.

  • Opens doors for international programs (Mexico, Colombia, Dominican Republic).

  • Manages investment opportunities and expansion initiatives aligned with the MH vision.

Core Responsibilities of the Associate Broker

Production & Strategic Responsibilities

Maintain consistent monthly production—personal and team-based.
Oversee at least 2–3 leaders managing active teams.
Make strategic decisions regarding growth, marketing, and expansion.

Operational Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with all legal and ethical requirements in all transactions.
Review contracts, documents, and closing processes for their unit.
Track weekly metrics: leads, conversions, pipeline strength, production.

Leadership Responsibilities

Lead monthly team meetings.
Develop Team Leaders and MH Mentors within their unit.
Build a high-accountability, high-performance culture.

Brand & Expansion Responsibilities

Serve as an ambassador of the MH brand.
Participate in MH events, workshops, and corporate trainings.
Generate opportunities for expansion and strategic alliances.

Metrics to Maintain and Advance as an MH Associate Broker

1. Personal & Team Production

• Personal annual production: 20+ transactions
• Unit annual production: 50–120+ transactions

2. Team & Leadership Metrics

• Structure must include:

  • 1–2 active MH Mentors, and

  • 3–10 growth-stage agents
    • Minimum 1 Team Leader developing their own micro-team.

3. Recruitment & Retention Metrics

• 2–4 new agents per quarter
• Minimum 75% retention rate

4. Culture & Training Metrics

• Consistent internal meetings and trainings
• Active participation in MH corporate events
• Measurable growth in:
